Planned Vs Completed Training
Keep Calendar, program structure, workout drafts, and History separate so records stay understandable.
Updated May 9, 2026
The Difference
- Program
- The plan: weeks, days, exercises, set targets, and prescription details.
- Calendar
- The schedule: which planned day should happen on which date.
- Workout draft
- The in-progress record while you are logging a session.
- History
- The completed record after the workout or cardio activity is saved.
Why This Matters
A plan can be edited before it is trained. A completed record should describe what actually happened. Keeping those concepts separate prevents future edits to a program from rewriting past training history.
