Advanced Prescriptions And Load Adjustments
Document intensity targets, rest, tempo, supersets, notes, percent loading, and load adjustments without losing the simple set flow.

Advanced Fields
Advanced tracking adds prescription fields that Basic mode does not ask you to manage. Use them when the intent of the set matters as much as the exercise and rep target.
- Intensity
- Use RIR, RPE, percentage, or a related target when the athlete needs a specific effort level.
- Rest
- Add planned rest where the recovery window is part of the prescription.
- Tempo
- Use tempo when the speed of the lift is a meaningful technique or training cue.
- Load adjustment
- Progress load, reps, or intensity across weeks without rebuilding the exercise from scratch.
- Supersets and notes
- Group exercises when they belong together and add notes for setup, technique, substitutions, or constraints.
When Advanced Becomes A Requirement
A program that uses intensity, rest timers, tempo, or percent-based loading requires Advanced tracking. Kiron uses that requirement to prevent athletes from switching into Basic mode while active content still depends on those fields.
