Cardio Is A First-Class Session Type

A training day can be strength or cardio. Cardio sessions carry an activity type, a target type, optional distance, optional duration, and notes. Use this when the program includes runs, rides, rows, walks, or other conditioning work.

Activity type
Outdoor run, indoor run, bike, row, walk, and other supported cardio activities.
Target type
None, distance, duration, or distance plus duration depending on what the day needs.
Where it appears
Scheduled cardio appears in the same mobile calendar flow as strength sessions, then saves into history when completed.
